Ludwig van Beethoven (1770-1827) the German composer is acknowledged
as one of the greatest musicians of all time. Having begun his career
as an excellent improviser at the piano and composer of piano music,
Beethoven went on to compose string quartets and other kinds of chamber
music, songs, two masses, an opera, and nine symphonies. His Symphony
No. 9 in D minor op. 125 (Choral, completed 1824) is perhaps the most
famous work of classical music in existence. Beethoven kept working
all the while dealing with his increasing deafness. His determination
and success while coping with a serious impairment should serve as an
inspiration to us all. This wonderful life mask shows the determination
and intensity of this genius composer. The back is flat and has a strong
hanger making mounting or hanging easy. This statue was cast from high
quality tuffstone.

These item numbers look like "F3456" or "HF3456". A product is Fiberglass Resin if it has any of these Classic Finishes. FIBER STONE Fiber Stone is a mixture of sand and stones cast into the surface using terrazzo-like techniques. The surface is then sandblasted and chemically treated, followed by an acid stain to give the appearance of aged stone. Since it is reinforced with a fiberglass backing, it remains light-weight and less fragile than concrete. These item numbers look like "FS69980". A product is Fiber Stone if it has any of these Finishes. TUFFSTONE (TM) Tuffstone (TM) is the highest quality casting plaster available to us.
