Amy
Tritico Pope is a native Houstonian.
While
in her youth in Houston, she studied and performed as a dancer
with the Delia Stewart Jazz Dance Company, as well as the Houston Ballet.
She went off to Los Angeles to dance and pursue a career in acting.
While in that pursuit, she fell into singing with a "Rush" cover
band,
and decided that performing with a live band was the best.
Amy since returned to Houston and has performed with various bands
around the city over the years, such as "Commercial Art," and "The
Fondue Monks."
She is now thoroughly enjoying every minute working with "The Citykings,"
and hopes to work with them for as long as they will have her.
Singing the blues and rock and roll are her fortes.
